Delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions

In winter, snowfall and adverse weather conditions may result in delayed delivery times which are out of our control. Please keep this in mind if you are experiencing adverse whether where you live.

What delivery method do ChelseaClip use?

For UK orders we use UPS or Royal Mail First Class Recorded. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, we’ll use UPS if the items are heavy. Delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

For International Delivery we use UPS to despatch your order. For more information click here.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@selectamark.co.uk.

Please Note: Larger and more expencive items shipped with UPS, cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses

International Courier Delivery

ChelseaClip offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.

If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.

If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.

The courier delivery option is available when all the items in your order are in stock. If your order contains items which are currently on order (i.e. items marked as ‘none in stock’ or ‘out of stock’) you cannot use the courier service. However, you could still get traceable courier delivery for your in stock items by placing two separate orders; one order for all in stock items and one for the on order items.

Delivering to your address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed.

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
